Deborah MacDonald is the founder and Principal of Whitedogz Coaching & Consulting with over twenty five years experience in the development of individuals and teams.

She is a Certified, Accredited Professional Executive and Team Coach, and a seasoned facilitator with extensive organizational and employee development experience who possesses a consistent track record of cultivating employee potential in order to realize strategic business needs.

Deborah has worked with individuals and teams in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Her background is in workplace behaviour assessment, organizational development and leadership development. Currently Deborah is focusing on several workplace team development projects and her roster of international executive coaching clients. She has also just completed co-authoring a book on team coaching and teaches leadership and coaching skills at a local college.
